Job Title: Associate Attorney – Commercial and Real Estate Litigation

Location: Houston, Texas, Galleria Area

Firm Overview: Vestige Law, PLLC is a boutique law firm specializing in corporate and real estate law, including shareholder rights litigation, business asset protection, and real estate development. Our team is dedicated to delivering personalized and effective legal solutions to our clients.

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our litigation team, focusing on commercial and real estate law. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse docket of cases under supervision, encompassing all phases from pre-suit through trial.

• Manage and oversee a docket of commercial and real estate litigation cases under supervision.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, filing lawsuits, discovery, motion practice, pre-trial preparations, and, eventually, independent trial proceedings.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas or pending bar exam results (employment contingent upon successful bar admission).
• Strong self-motivation and commitment to excellence in legal work.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• No experience required
• Experience in commercial and real estate litigation, strongly preferred

This is a contract‑to‑hire position. Compensation is based on billable hours for the first three months, followed by an evaluation to assess performance and potential for a permanent role. No benefits offered during the initial evaluation period.
