, is seeking a talented Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join their dynamic Real Estate Practice Group
. This is an excellent opportunity to handle sophisticated real estate matters while working with developers, investors, lenders, and corporations on high-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
- JD from a
top-tier law school with an excellent academic record - Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction
, in good standing (or willingness to obtain admission promptly)- Preference given to those with Texas or Floridabar admission
- 2–4 years of substantive real estate experience, preferably with a large law firm (
boutique firm experience considered
) - Experience handling acquisitions and dispositions
, real estate development
, land use and zoning
, and commercial leasing - Familiarity with real estate financing is a plus
- Strong oral advocacy, research, and client communication skills
- Ability to manage matters efficiently and independently
- Professionalism:
Client-service oriented, collaborative, and committed to excellence
- Represent clients in real estate acquisitions
, dispositions
, development projects
, and leasing transactions - Advise clients on land use and zoning matters, as well as commercial real estate financing structures
- Draft
, negotiate
, and review contracts and related real estate documents - Manage matters independently and as part of larger teams, ensuring timely and efficient client service
- Communicate directly with clients, providing strategic, business-focused guidance
- Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions

Compensation & Benefits- Expected annual base salary range of $235,000-$365,000
