They are seeking experienced Complex Commercial Litigation Attorneys - Associate and Partner level - with proven litigation experience to join their Houston office. This is an opportunity to handle challenging, high-value disputes while working with a collaborative and respected team of trial lawyers.

• Participate in, lead, and manage complex commercial litigation matters from intake through trial and appeal.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies that align with client goals.
• Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
• Advise clients as a trusted counselor on litigation risk, strategy, and resolution.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and staff on case management and litigation skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Dallas and Houston offices on significant cases nationwide.

• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Experience in complex commercial litigation, including trial experience.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar (or ability to waive in).
• Exceptional written, oral, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes cases with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
