Overview
The Houston, TX office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Transportation Practice.
Responsibilities- Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting initial pleadings, responding to discovery, drafting as well as arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions.
- The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be admitted to practice in Texas.
- One (1) to fifteen (15) years of insurance defense experience handling matters involving heavy trucking/tractor trailer and cargo and freight carriers.
- Strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Partnership opportunities will be considered for those with extensive relevant experience.
