Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

Job Summary

We are a well‑established plaintiff personal injury law firm in Houston seeking an experienced attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling personal injury cases from intake through trial and will manage a heavy caseload while providing top‑quality client service.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year. Competitive base salary plus bonus structure.

• Handle all phases of plaintiff personal injury litigation, including intake, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands.
• Evaluate cases for settlement value and trial readiness.
• Advocate for clients both in and out of the courtroom.
