Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a mid-level Complex Litigation Attorney with 5–7 years of direct experience handling sophisticated commercial disputes. This role is for an attorney who has worked on complex matters involving multiple parties, significant discovery, and high exposure, and who is comfortable taking cases through trial.

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters from case strategy through trial and resolution
• Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive and evidentiary motions
• Lead and manage all phases of discovery, including e-discovery strategy, depositions, and expert coordination
• Take and defend depositions of parties, corporate representatives, and expert witnesses
• Prepare witnesses and clients for hearings, mediation, and trial
• Serve as second chair and, when appropriate, first chair at trial
• Work directly with clients on litigation strategy, risk exposure, and case status
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on complex case development

• 5–7 years of complex commercial litigation experience (not general litigation)
• Demonstrated trial experience, including meaningful courtroom appearances
• Strong experience with motion practice, depositions, and large-scale discovery
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes matters with limited supervision
• Active and in‑good‑standing license to practice in Texas

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Experience with multi‑party disputes, class actions, or regulatory‑related litigation
• Experience in industries such as energy, construction, financial services, or technology
• Experience mentoring junior attorneys or managing case teams
