Role Description1) Full Time OR Part Time
, on-site position for an Attorney at Adam Henderson Law Firm, PLLC, located in Greater Houston. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and will be handling Administrative hearings. Day-to-day responsibilities include representing clients in Workers' Compensation cases, drafting legal documents, and advocating on behalf of injured workers.
- Ability to provide effective Legal Advice and represent clients competently
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid license to practice law in the state of Texas
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a legal team
- Previous experience in workers' compensation cases or on-site training will be provided.
