• Draft first versions of briefs and written motions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare concise memoranda.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing discovery materials as needed.
• Support cases across multiple litigation areas, including commercial disputes and personal‑injury matters.

• An attorney with strong writing and analytical skills.
• Someone experienced enough to work independently with minimal direction.
• Former Big Law experience is a plus, but not required.
• Best suited for someone who has “been there, done that” and enjoys focused, substantive legal work.
