Job Duties- Manage the full litigation process for personal injury cases from inception through trial, including investigation, discovery, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis Nexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and stay current on relevant laws and regulations
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and trial briefs with precision and clarity
- Engage in negotiations with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to secure favorable settlements when appropriate
- Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings by providing comprehensive legal guidance and support
- Present compelling cases at trial by developing persuasive arguments, examining witnesses, and utilizing effective courtroom techniques
- Maintain meticulous case records, manage deadlines efficiently, and ensure compliance with all legal administrative requirements
-$150,000 - $200,000+ annual salary based on experience and performance.

- Active Texas law license with at least 5 years of practice in Texas
- Minimum 3 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
- Documented trial experience (first-chair or significant second-chair trial involvement)
- Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a litigation docket independently
- Commitment to client communication and high-quality representation
