Job Description

Galloway Johnson Tompkins Burr & Smith seeks a litigation associate with 4+ years of experience to join our Houston or The Woodlands offices and handle sophisticated, fast‑paced complex litigation. The role is ideal for an attorney with extensive experience in wrongful death, multi‑party personal injury, trucking and commercial transportation cases. The candidate should bring strong law‑and‑motion, deposition taken and defended, courtroom judgment, and trial experience is a plus.

• Assume responsibility on a sophisticated, fast‑paced complex litigation docket.
• Handle wrongful death, multi‑party personal injury, and trucking/commercial transportation matters.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Demonstrate sound courtroom judgment.
• Work independently, take ownership of matters, and contribute to the growth of the practice group.

• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Significant law and motion experience.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Strong legal instincts and ability to ramp up quickly.
