- Draft and negotiate loan and security documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Coordinate complex closings, managing timelines and ensuring all parties meet their obligations
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on project finance matters related to the energy transition
- Ensure all transactions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Analyze potential risks associated with financing projects and develop mitigation strategies
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate successful project completions
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project finance or related financings focused on the energy transition or digital infrastructure
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation, and coordinating complex closings
- Experience from a top 200 law firm or global law firm is preferred
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Bar Admission:
Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction to which you are applying.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in project finance
- Proven experience in legal documentation and project coordination
