• Draft and negotiate loan and security documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Coordinate complex closings, managing timelines and ensuring all parties meet their obligations
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on project finance matters related to the energy transition
• Ensure all transactions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Analyze potential risks associated with financing projects and develop mitigation strategies
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate successful project completions

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project finance or related financings focused on the energy transition or digital infrastructure
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation, and coordinating complex closings
• Experience from a top 200 law firm or global law firm is preferred

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Bar Admission:
  Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction to which you are applying.

• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in project finance
• Proven experience in legal documentation and project coordination
