In-House Attorney – Customer Contracts
The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking an In-House Attorney to handle a wide variety of complex legal matters and projects with a primary focus in customer contracting.
Responsibilities- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating customer agreements
- Coordinating complex strategies with outside counsel
- Advising on current legal matters and developments
- Providing general legal support to the company’s sales and operations teams
- Doctor of Jurisprudence from an accredited law school
- Prefer 3+ years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel in a corporate setting, preferably with a focus in contract negotiation and drafting
- Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
- Exceptional legal reasoning, analysis, and drafting abilities
Strong negotiating skills and reasoned judgment - Ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with executive and associate level employees
- Coachable and willing to learn
