Litigation Attorney

Overview

Seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join a well-established Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm in the Galleria area. 5+ years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience required, with trial experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. The firm maintains a friendly team approach and a demanding caseload.

• Draft and respond to discovery, take and defend depositions, and participate in motions practice.
• Negotiate cases with insurance companies and defense counsel; attend court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Manage a dedicated staff of paralegals and support clerks with strong case management and leadership skills.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to client service.

• 5+ years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience; trial experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing and research skills; well versed in all facets of litigation.
• Experience with Texas Procedure.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Compensation is competitive and dependent on experience, with a bonus element related to the amount of resolved cases.
