Overview
Viridan Group is working closely with a respected mid-size law firm in Houston with a wide range of energy clients across the upstream, midstream, and renewable space. Our client is seeking an Oil & Gas Title Attorney to join their growing practice.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and revise leases, joint operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements.
- Conduct title examinations and due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and other energy transactions.
- Advise clients on title curative matters, ownership issues, and regulatory compliance.
- Research and analyze legal issues related to oil, gas, and mineral rights.
- Work closely with partners and clients on complex projects.
- J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in Texas.
- Minimum 2 years of oil & gas title experience in private practice.
- Strong knowledge of Texas oil and gas law.
