We are a firm with a 40+ year history, over 70 attorneys, and a dedicated Insurance practice group of nearly 30 attorneys.

• Develop your own book of business at the associate level with origination bonuses for new clients.
• Receive a percentage of revenue from existing clients when recognized as a key asset, with young associates earning 10% on key client originations.
• The firm is rapidly expanding and adding new associates to the Insurance practice group.

• Established law firm with a history of over 40 years, operating from multiple office locations.
• Expertise in various areas, including business, family, and insurance law, serving clients while prioritizing their needs.
• Owns a diverse book of business and collaborates with a wide range of insurers, providing a steady stream of solid business.

• Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Handle cases for regional insurance companies as well as Fortune 500 companies directly.
• Manage the discovery process by reviewing documents, preparing interrogatories, and conducting depositions.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and assess potential risks and outcomes.
• Competitive salary up to $170k, with potential for increased earnings based on experience and performance.
• Additional bonus opportunities for overtime, potentially up to $15k per year.
