Insurance Defense Trial Attorney Opportunity - Houston, TX - Boutique Defense Litigation Firm

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

• Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000 base salary (open to conversation) plus quarterly bonuses and year-end discretionary bonus
• Health Insurance premium covered by the firm
• 401k with 3% employer match
• PTO roughly 15 days (generally flexible – take the time off you need but get the job done, they trust people they hire)

• 5+ YOE as an Attorney with strong Trial and Litigation skills
• Strong job tenure
• Minimal training required – someone who knows their stuff and can step up to the plate immediately
• Open to Plaintiff or Defense backgrounds – Personal Injury, Insurance, Commercial Litigation, Mass Torts, etc.

• Practice Area Focus: mainly Insurance Defense, might also touch on Commercial Litigation & Employment Law Defense (open to Plaintiff backgrounds too)

• Billable Hour Requirement: 1900
• Historically great tenure in the firm – low turnover, several employees have been there since the start of the firm 20+ years ago
