Associate Attorney

Crim & Villalpando, PC is a Houston-based personal injury law firm seeking an Associate Attorney with litigation experience. Clerkship experience will also be considered.

The ideal candidate is capable of managing cases from the initial filing of a lawsuit through trial. Preferred qualifications include prior personal injury experience, taking and defending depositions, negotiating settlements, attending mediations, drafting and arguing motions, and handling discovery. Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required.

This position offers associates the opportunity to gain meaningful trial experience while building skills in case management, client advocacy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
