Exceptional boutique law firm seeks an experienced litigator with 2 plus years of litigation experience.
Needs to be someone with strong litigation skills and some federal court experience. The cases are extremely complex. Intellectual Property litigation experience a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Briefing complex legal issues
- Drafting motions, attending hearings, taking depositions, and drafting pleadings
- Billing 150+ hours a month
- Organizing and preparing cases despite a massive amount of documentation and complex legal issues
- Writing well and being an organized person
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Strong litigation skills and some federal court experience
- Appellate experience a plus
Salary would be commensurate with experience, in the range of $/yr - $/yr.
This opportunity allows the litigator to focus on the case and the case only, with no background noise.
