HIGHLY respected trial law firm seeks 3-6 year litigation defense associate attorney in Houston, TX. Responsibilities
- Docket includes commercial litigation, trucking, construction and general liability
- File through trial/settlement and appeals including all facets of discovery
- Training provided for candidate desirous of pushing beyond in-box/out-box skills to trial readiness
- Meet with clients
Qualifications
- TX licensure
- 2+ years of litigation defense/hourly billing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good tenure
Candidate will work with mentoring attorneys and team on-site. Billable requirements to bonus 1800/year (150/month) (35/week). Pay is commiserate with years of experience relevant to hourly rates per matter. GREAT bonuses and benefits including (but not limited to) health, vision, dental, CLE, attorney taxes, short term & long term disability.
