Join Our Team as a Property Damage Auto Adjuster!

We’re urgently seeking an experienced Property Damage Auto Adjuster to become a key part of our growing team! If you have experience gathering statements and evidence, investigating coverage concerns and liability, and managing repair processes, we want to hear from you! This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto liability claims in compliance with company policies and state regulations
  • Analyze policy coverage and determine liability while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Gather and assess statements, police reports, and other evidence to support claim decisions
  • Communicate professionally with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and third‑party vendors to ensure timely claim resolution
  • Manage claim files effectively, ensuring timely documentation and follow‑up
  • Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining efficiency in a high‑volume call center environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and drive operational success
Key

Qualifications:
  • 12+ months of experience handling auto liability claims, including making coverage and liability decisions
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, state regulations, and claim resolution procedures
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information both verbally and in writing
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills to assess claim validity and liability
  • Proficiency in computer systems and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call center environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
