Business System Analyst (Digital Marketing)

Remote/Hybrid in Houston, TX

Pay Range: $45-50/hr

This hybrid role combines key responsibilities of a Business Analyst and a Scrum Master, playing a vital role in the successful execution of digital projects and agile delivery. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience with websites, digital ecosystems, and enterprise platforms, and will act as a strategic liaison between business, marketing, and technical teams.

• 5-8 years of experience in a combined Business Analyst and Scrum Master role, within digital or website teams.
• Proven experience working with enterprise websites, digital marketing platforms, and CMS tools.
• Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a must. Additional experience with other Adobe Products like Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target is a plus.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) best practices, SEO fundamentals, QA/testing workflows, and digital analytics.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to lead teams through Agile delivery cycles.
• Proficiency in Azure Dev Ops or similar tools for backlog and sprint management.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills across business, creative, and technical teams.
• Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PSM) preferred.
