QA Automation Engineer; Senior

QA Automation Engineer (Senior) with skills SDET, Automated Testing, Selenium, API & Web Services Testing for location Any Infogain Base Location (Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune)

• Own overall test strategy and test planning across functional, integration, performance, and operational testing

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for APIs and backend services

• Write and maintain automated test scripts (API, integration, regression) using appropriate tools and languages

• Orchestrate execution of automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines

• Perform targeted manual testing where automation is not feasible or cost‑effective. Plan and execute performance and load testing using tools such as Load Runner (or equivalent), including analysis and reporting

• Validate non‑functional requirements such as latency, throughput, scalability, and stability

• Lead defect triage, bug reporting, tracking, and closure in collaboration with engineering teams

• Support UAT and OAT, including coordination, defect validation, and sign‑off readiness

• Provide clear test status, quality metrics, and risk visibility to stakeholders

Experience testing APIs and backend systems

Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies

Strong defect management and reporting skills

• Experience testing GCP-based platforms
• Familiarity with Apigee, GKE, and Cloud Spanner
• Experience testing microservices and distributed systems
• Exposure to SRE concepts, reliability testing, or operational testing
