The Performance Marketing Team is a data‑driven, innovative leader focused on scaling marketing programs that improve customers’ lifetime value.
Responsibilities- Set marketing strategy for Flights verticals outside of pricing.
- Spearhead development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s Flights business across channels.
- Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
- Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth.
- Partner closely with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and flights supply to identify opportunities, analyze trends, and interpret complex data sets using SQL, Tableau, and other tools.
- Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly to senior management and key stakeholders.
- 5‑7 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in big data projects, preferably in tech, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance (plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and impactful recommendations.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouse technologies such as SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
- Innovative problem‑solving skills and the ability to navigate organizational challenges creatively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating clear and visually appealing presentations.
- Stakeholder management experience, including influencing senior management with strong commercial acumen.
- Experience in digital or social media marketing.
- Experience with hypothesis testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and using Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
