OH HIIIIIII. Here’s the deal. You love the wild, ever-evolving world of media - search, social, display, really... all of it. You enjoy having your hands on the keyboard making campaigns come to life. AND… when we say “make them come to life,” we mean launching ads, checking pacing, pulling performance data, and optimizing.
We’re looking for someone who lives in the platforms, speaks fluent metrics, and gets a tiny thrill from a clean dashboard and a perfectly timed optimization.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee day-to-day advertising campaigns for clients including programmatic, content partnerships, search and social ads (Meta, Tik Tok, etc.)
- Compiling and analyzing competitive reports
- Construct comprehensive and well-thought-out recommendations/ presentations to support brand initiatives
- Work with publishers to develop campaigns, from planning to executing to optimizing across digital channels
- Managing budgets, targets, and daily optimizations with strategic support from the team
- Support in client communication on media campaigns and deliverables within larger strategic team
- Evaluate proposals and negotiate partnerships to achieve maximum value for the client. This includes understanding the differences in digital targeting - contextual, audience, behavioral, etc.
- Share subject matter expertise within internal and external teams
- Manage reporting and insights/recommendations for client campaigns, with a deep understanding of Excel, Google Analytics, and nuances of platform reporting
- Monitor analytics and key metrics against clients’ goals
- Monitor the trafficking of ad tags and creative assets throughout the campaign across all media
- Able to work in our Houston office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- 2-3 years of digital media hands on keyboard experience, preferably working with or for an agency
- Knowledge of digital/social planning and executional tools such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, Reddit, Tik Tok Ads Manager, programmatic (managed service; self-service a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and use of Excel for reporting;
