Job Title:
Change Manager (Post-Implementation & Adoption Lead)
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to take ownership of the aftercare phase of a major technical implementation. This role will focus on stabilisation, user adoption, training, and continuous improvement following the rollout of new systems and processes.
This is an ideal opportunity for a process-driven change professional who is comfortable operating between business and technology teams and is confident leading training initiatives to embed sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the aftercare phase following system go-live, ensuring a smooth transition into business-as-usual.
- Act as the primary change point of contact for stakeholders during hypercare.
- Monitor adoption, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions where required.
- Capture and manage feedback loops to address system, process, or behavioural challenges.
- Track and report on change effectiveness metrics and user engagement.
- Develop and execute structured change management plans aligned to programme objectives.
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
- Design and implement adoption strategies to ensure successful embedding of new systems and processes.
- Partner with leadership to drive engagement and reinforce change messaging.
- Support resistance management and coach managers through transition periods.
- Design and deliver training programmes aligned to new systems and process changes.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and supporting documentation.
- Facilitate workshops (virtual and in-person) for end users and leadership teams.
- Establish sustainable knowledge transfer practices to internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation post-implementation.
- Analyse operational pain points and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to refine workflows and enhance system utilisation.
- Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Proven experience managing change within technology or systems implementation programmes.
- Strong post-go-live / hypercare management experience.
- Experience designing and delivering training across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated process improvement capability (Lean, Six Sigma or similar experience advantageous).
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business functions.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working hands‑on while also operating strategically.
- Experience in large‑scale digital or transformation programmes.
- Background in SaaS, ERP, CRM or enterprise system implementations.
- Proactive and solutions-focused.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Resilient and adaptable.
- Collaborative and relationship‑driven.
