Leads software engineering teams in adopting AI-enabled development practices while maintaining strong engineering standards. Defines best practices for AI-assisted workflows, architects solutions that integrate AI capabilities, and drives adoption of modern development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and security. Partners with AI specialists and enterprise clients to guide AI-driven software development transformation.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Claude)
• Strong background in modern software architecture and engineering leadership
• Proficiency in backend technologies (.NET, Java, Python, Node.js) and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, and Dev Ops practices
• Knowledge of multiple data storage technologies and infrastructure as code
• Track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex systems in consulting or enterprise environments
• Experience mentoring and coaching others, with strong skills in gathering and synthesizing information.
