Duration: 12+ months
Compensation: $75-85/hr
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops with business and customer stakeholders.
- Capture and document functional requirements and translate them into clear user stories.
- Act as a liaison between developers, testers, and customer teams throughout delivery.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with clients.
- Provide functional guidance for Service Now SIR and VR configuration and build efforts.
- Ensure requirements alignment to support a June go-live timeline.
- 3–4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar functional role.
- Strong experience gathering requirements and writing user stories.
- Experience in the SIR and VR Service Now modules preferred and domain knowledge in security operations, risk, or vulnerability management preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
- Functional expertise required; hands-on technical development not required.
