Application Support Front Office

Experience Level: 1 to 12+ years (Multiple positions open – Junior to Senior profiles)

We are currently hiring multiple Application Production Support (APS) Engineers to support Front Office eTrading platforms within a leading investment banking environment. These roles sit directly alongside Traders and Sales, ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical trading systems across various asset classes.

Open to a range of seniority levels, from early-career support analysts to seasoned production support specialists.

• Provide Front Office production support for electronic trading applications
• Act as primary contact for Traders and Sales regarding system issues and platform behavior
• Monitor trading systems and proactively identify performance or stability risks
• Manage and resolve production incidents in real time
• Conduct detailed investigations and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Support pricing, streaming, RFQ, and order management workflows
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams to implement long-term fixes
• Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and platform resiliency initiatives

• Functional Knowledge Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle
• Experience supporting one or more asset classes:
• Equities / Equity Derivatives (EQD)
• Fixed Income (Rates or Credit)
• Familiarity with OMS / EMS platforms
  , order types, and electronic trading workflows

• Strong experience in Linux/Unix environments
• Advanced SQL skills (data analysis & troubleshooting)
• Scripting experience:
  Python and/or Bash/Shell
• Experience with KDB+ (nice to have / strong plus)
• Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
• Log analysis, performance tuning, and system diagnostics

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
• Ability to operate under pressure in a live trading floor environment
• Excellent communication skills with business stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
