  Google's AI Mode already recommends our competitors by name. Bizee is absent. You'll fix that and build the system to ensure it never happens again
• CMS Migration at Scale:
  We're migrating from Payload to Statamic. You'll shape the content architecture, template strategy, and structured data layer from the ground up. Greenfield
• High Agency, High Impact:
  You own technical SEO, GEO, and CMS architecture. You identify the levers. You write the specs. Engineering implements. Marketing partners on strategy
• 1M+ Customers as a Data Moat:
  We have the largest customer base in the category but the weakest AI visibility. The data advantage is there, and we want to unlock it.

As the Principal, SEO & GEO, you are the senior technical expert who ensures Bizee is findable, citable, and recommended across every surface where entrepreneurs search for help starting a business. That includes Google organic, Google AI Mode, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini. This is not a "content marketing" role. You are a technically deep practitioner who understands how search engines crawl, index, and rank.

How AI systems retrieve, evaluate, and cite. How CMS architecture decisions cascade into organic visibility outcomes. You write technical specifications that engineering teams implement. You partner with the Head of Marketing to shape SEO and GEO strategy. You make the entire search function smarter.

• Schema Markup at Scale:
  Design and spec comprehensive JSON‑LD schema (Organization, Service, Product, FAQ, Review, How To) across  Author the technical specifications that Engineering implements
• Brand Entity Consolidation:
  Resolve the Incfile‑to‑Bizee signal fragmentation. Audit and update every directory, review site, knowledge graph entry, and third‑party reference. Build a unified brand entity that AI systems can confidently identify and cite
• AI Visibility Framework:
  Build the measurement system for tracking Bizee's citation rate, share of voice, and recommendation frequency across Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini. Define KPIs where no industry benchmarks exist yet
• Vertical Content Architecture:
  Partner with Marketing to create data‑rich landing pages for high‑value niches: LLC for AI startups, e‑commerce, freelancers, content creators, real estate investors. Each page gives AI systems a specific, extractable reason to recommend Bizee
• Competitive Intelligence:
  Systematically track how Zen Business, Legal Zoom, Stripe Atlas, and Northwest show up in AI answers. Identify gaps. Exploit them

• Content Architecture Design:
  Define the information architecture within Statamic: collections, taxonomies, navigation structures, and content models optimized for both user experience and search engine crawlability
• SEO‑Optimized Templating:
  Spec Statamic Antlers templates with proper heading hierarchy, semantic HTML, internal linking structures, canonical tags, hreflang (if applicable), and meta tag management. Ensure every template renders content that search engines and AI systems can parse cleanly
• Structured Data Integration:
  Build the pattern for embedding JSON‑LD schema directly into Statamic templates. Create reusable field sets and blueprints so content authors automatically generate properly structured data without manual intervention
