Business Systems Engineer

This hire will focus on supporting and optimizing their ERP systems while providing hands-on support across business systems. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-starting problem-solver with deep ERP experience and a focus on process improvement.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide timely, first-class support for Odoo and other ERP/business systems across the organization.

• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve both routine and complex ERP issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party ERP implementers to optimize workflows, integrations, and processes.

• Manage user access, permissions, and change management within ERP systems.

• Contribute to ERP documentation, strategy, and roadmap planning.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data integrity, and business system efficiency.

Skills/Experience

• Non-negotiable:
  Deep ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Oracle) including ERP within CRM is a plus.

• Solid project management skills with experience leading initiatives or coordinating cross-functional efforts.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while leveraging onboarding resources and consultant support.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer support skills.

• Familiarity with SaaS integrations, data governance, and ERP-related workflows preferred.
