KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Analyst, Transformation Project Management to join our Global Business Services organization.

Responsibilities:

* Apply a fundamental understanding of project management to act as a Project Coordinator and collaborate with the Project or Program Manager and team

* Facilitate the use of project management tools and best practices for projects; lead team meetings, publish meeting notes and action items; work to ensure follow up with Project Manager, update project documents and systems, ensure timely completion of action items

* Consult with internal customers to develop and approve project definition documents, including scope, approach, plans, resource requirements, high level requirements, budget forecasts, schedules, risk registers, and benefits realization estimates

* Identify, manage, and control changes to scope, schedule, and budget, update all project documentation accordingly in compliance with quality standards and timelines; report on project status and participate in project review meetings

* Act as the project advocate and primary point of contact for risk and issue management and escalation

* Establish collaborative relationships with project teams and customers, demonstrating a clear understanding of both internal and external customer requirements and success criteria; facilitate and lead post project/phase reviews to cultivate a learning organization

* Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

* Minimum three years of recent experience in project coordination/management

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required

* Strong project management skills with experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from definition through implementation

* Ability to independently manage three to four low complexity (or low to medium risk) projects concurrently. Comprehensive knowledge of full lifecycle project management

* Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; capability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members
