Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Epic Cadence Analyst responsible for providing expert-level support and configuration of assigned applications. The position involves assisting, training, and supporting customers and junior analysts with system operation and administration, managing and troubleshooting issues with IT teams, and ensuring quality delivery of application availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support and configuration for assigned applications.
• Train and mentor junior analysts in system operation and administration.
• Collaborate with customers at all levels to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Proactively manage and troubleshoot IT-related issues, ensuring quality delivery of application availability.
• Make recommendations for budget projections and project management to contribute to the department's mission.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification in Cadence, Prelude, or RTE.
