Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support implementation activities for indirect procurement tools, including catalog and punch-out purchasing channels.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), workflow validation, and documentation of procurement processes.
  • Help develop training materials, job aids, and standard operating procedures for system users.
  • Monitor system adoption and assist with stabilization efforts following deployment by identifying process gaps and user challenges.
  • Support supplier onboarding activities, including vendor data review and portal engagement follow-ups.
  • Analyze spend data to improve reporting visibility by vendor, category, and department.
  • Track project tasks, action items, and key metrics related to procurement adoption and compliance.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders to resolve transactional issues and improve workflows.
Required Qualifications:
  • Sophomore or Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analysis is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured project environment.
  • Ability to work in office through duration of employment (Not remote).
