Overview

Akkodis is seeking a Service Now Architect for a Contract opportunity in Houston, TX open to remote candidates. This role leads the end‑to‑end architecture, design, and technical governance for Service Now HRSD solutions.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $79/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Leading the overall architecture for Service Now HRSD implementations, ensuring scalable and compliant solution designs
• Designing HR service delivery capabilities including case management, knowledge management, ESC, lifecycle events, and HR agent workspace
• Defining data models, integration patterns, and automation strategies across HRSD and enterprise systems
• Driving future‑state “Hire to Retire” process design and alignment with business and IT stakeholders
• Architecting and developing APIs, middleware integrations, and platform guardrails
• Ensuring security, governance, platform standards, and architectural best practices are met across implementations
• Creating architectural documentation, providing technical leadership, and mentoring delivery teams
• Partnering with business and IT leaders to support technical decision‑making, roadmap planning, and complex stakeholder engagement

• 4–6+ years of experience in Service Now architecture and technical solutioning
• Strong expertise in Service Now HRSD modules and enterprise integrations
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical designs and architectural blueprints
• Knowledge of web technologies, Service Now platform security, and best practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities, with experience guiding end‑to‑end technical delivery
• Background in automation, API development, and middleware integration (preferred)

$60.00 to $71.00 per hour
