What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and maintain a large-scale, on-prem Windows enterprise infrastructure.
- Configure and manage firewalls and edge security devices.
- Perform high-level networking tasks within a dedicated Data Center.
- Administer Active Directory clusters, Exchange, and Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
- Oversee M365 and Azure environments.
- Manage a private cloud setup and maintain the Cold Disaster Recovery (DR) site.
- Balance a mix of day-to-day support and long-term infrastructure projects.
- Work as part of a collaborative team to ensure high availability.
- Mid-level experience (approx. 4–7 years) across both networking and systems administration.
- Hands-on experience with physical firewall configuration and maintenance.
- Strong background in enterprise Windows environments (AD, Clusters, Exchange).
- Experience managing RDS (Remote Desktop Services) at scale.
- Familiarity with M365/Azure cloud integrations.
- Understanding of Data Center operations and high-level networking protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex on-premise infrastructure and private cloud environments.
- A proactive approach to both reactive support and project-based work.
