Lead Power BI Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Integrate AI models and machine learning outputs into BI solutions
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting platforms
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Continuously improve reporting processes and data visualization standards

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., Azure ML, Python, R)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

• Certification in Power BI or Azure Data/AI services
• Experience in deploying AI models into BI environments
• Knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data warehousing
