The company is preparing to go live with Net Suite ERP in December as part of a company-wide initiative to modernize financial, operational, and field service systems. The IT Project Manager will play a critical role in coordinating the final implementation phase, managing internal and external resources, and ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Net Suite. This position will focus on final deployment readiness, data migration, user training, and post‑go‑live stabilization to ensure system adoption and long‑term success.

• Lead and coordinate all final implementation activities as the company transitions to Net Suite by December.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments, the Net Suite implementation partner, and any third‑party integration vendors.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all milestones are completed on schedule.
• Oversee system configuration validation, data migration accuracy, and user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate training sessions and create user documentation for Accounting, Operations, and Field Service teams.
• Monitor project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to prevent go‑live delays.
• Support issue resolution during cutover and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Coordinate ongoing system enhancements, process improvements, and integration efforts following deployment.
• Report project status, risks, and performance metrics to executive leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, including ERP implementation (Net Suite strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated success leading end‑to‑end system deployments, including testing, data migration, and user training.
• Strong understanding of accounting, procurement, inventory management, and field service workflows.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or similar project management certification a plus.
• Experience with in industrial services, utilities, or water treatment industries preferred.
