We’re looking for an IT Operations & Systems Manager (or strong Project Manager) to help unify technology across multiple operating companies. This role will assess the current landscape, identify the right projects, and drive a new strategy for all manufacturing systems.

• Conduct a full assessment of systems, processes, and technology across several acquired companies
• Identify, prioritize, and scope the projects needed to unify and modernize operations
• Bring together systems, data, and workflows into a cohesive, integrated solution
• Lead cross‑company initiatives to standardize manufacturing systems and processes
• Work closely with IT, operations, and leadership to define the future‑state architecture
• Serve as the “
  systems scientist
  ” who connects the dots and makes everything work together
• Manage vendors, partners, and internal teams through implementation and change

• Experience integrating systems across multiple companies or business units
• Strong background in manufacturing systems
  , operations, or industrial environments
• Ability to assess complex environments and turn findings into a clear project roadmap
• Solid project management skills with the ability to drive execution
• Comfort working with legacy systems, modern platforms, and everything in between
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and operational teams
