Location: Houston, TX (Local preferred or candidates willing to travel)
About the Role:
We are seeking a Techno-Functional Lead with hands-on experience in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (MAWM) for a key project. You will play a pivotal role in configuring, supporting, and optimizing MAWM to streamline warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (L2/L3 support)
- Work on system integrations using REST APIs, JSON/XML, and Postman
- Create custom extensions using Pro Active
- Collaborate with operations and IT teams to define and implement solutions
- Support UAT, go-lives, and post-rollout enhancements
- Optional:
Develop reports using SCI, Jasper, and JMagic
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience with Manhattan Active WMS
- Strong knowledge of Pro Active, API integrations, JSON/XML, Postman
- Understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, shipping, inventory)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- MAWM Certification (preferred)
- Mid-Senior level
