Kafka SME Architect; Endur

Join our team as a Kafka Subject Matter Expert (SME) where you will lead integration solutions, ensuring reliability and security while working closely with technical teams. This is your chance to impact real-time data exchanges and mentor others in a dynamic work environment.

• Design and maintain Kafka-powered integration solutions for effective data exchanges in real-time and batch forms.
• Manage interfaces between Kafka and third-party systems, maintaining a focus on reliability and security.
• Collaborate with teams to enable seamless Kafka‑Endur integration, utilizing your understanding of data structures and patterns.
• Optimize the performance and troubleshoot issues within Kafka systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Participate with architectural teams to establish best practices in data streaming and integration.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship on projects centered around Kafka.

• Extensive experience with Apache Kafka, including cluster management and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in integrating third-party systems with Kafka, especially with an understanding of Endur data tables.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and expertise in data streaming and messaging systems.
• Proficient in programming languages like Java or Python for developing Kafka clients.
• Familiarity with schema management tools like Avro or Protobuf and Kafka Streams.

• Experience with cloud‑based Kafka solutions such as AWS MSK or Confluent Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices specific to Kafka deployments.
• An understanding of energy trading systems and their integration patterns.
