A fast-growing technology consulting firm specializing in digital automation and AI-driven solutions is seeking a Tech Account Manager. The company operates with a global footprint across the U.S., Pakistan, and the Middle East, supporting clients across multiple industries with custom software and technology services. With a lean, highly technical team of approximately 50–60 employees, the organization values speed, precision, and strong client relationships.

The Tech Account Manager serves as the primary bridge between clients and technical delivery teams. This role is heavily sales-oriented
, requiring prior experience selling technology solutions, while also possessing a solid understanding of backend development and software workflows
.

The ideal candidate is energetic, confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment. This individual will generate new opportunities, manage warm leads, and own client relationships from initial conversation through delivery and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage client relationships from initial engagement through long-term partnership
  • Generate new business through outbound outreach and follow-up on warm inbound leads
  • Translate client needs into clear technical requirements in collaboration with development teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and backend engineering teams
  • Develop a strong understanding of backend development concepts, workflows, and deliverables to effectively communicate with technical teams
  • Ensure projects are scoped accurately, expectations are aligned, and timelines are met
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling services
  • Maintain detailed documentation, notes, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones to ensure successful project delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in tech sales or technology consulting (required)
  • Strong understanding of how backend development teams operate (APIs, databases, integrations, system architecture, etc.)
  • Experience managing client accounts in a software, IT services, or technology environment
  • Confident communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Self-starter with a “go-getter” mentality and strong follow-through
  • Energetic, outgoing, and relationship-driven
  • Polished, professional, and client-facing
  • Intelligent, curious, and eager to deeply understand technical solutions
  • A perfectionist who takes pride in accuracy, responsiveness, and quality
