Sunny Sky Products is seeking a sharp, proactive Sales Analyst to deliver high-impact insights that drive commercial performance across our full beverage portfolio. This role focuses on two core areas: internal sales analytics (understanding performance across brands, channels, customers, and operations) and category management analytics (external trends, dynamics, and opportunities in dispensed beverages with a strong focus on convenience stores/C‑stores). The ideal candidate turns complex, imperfect data into clear, actionable stories using Power BI and modern AI tools.

You will proactively surface what’s happening, why, and what to do next—supporting leadership and sales teams in a fast‑paced, multi‑channel, multi‑brand environment. This is not a reporting‑only role; it’s about owning insights that move the business forward.

• Analyze sales, category, customer, and channel data to uncover trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers across the full portfolio
• Own and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and recurring reports for leadership and sales teams
• Translate business questions into structured analysis, delivering clear insights and recommendations
• Proactively identify and communicate key takeaways before being asked
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and R&D to align data, narratives, and decisions
• Support category management efforts (Dispence
  
  IQ) by analyzing customer data, white spaces, and competitive dynamics in dispensed beverages, with particular emphasis on C‑store performance and dynamics
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, automate routine tasks, detect patterns/anomalies, and enhance insight quality

• 2–6+ years in sales analytics, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles
• Advanced Power BI skills (dashboards, modeling, DAX) in a business-facing environment
• Strong Excel proficiency for modeling, pivots, and ad‑hoc analysis
• Proven ability to turn data into business insights, recommendations, and executive‑ready outputs
• Experience partnering with sales/commercial teams to influence decisions
• Comfort working with imperfect/multi‑source data in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills—able to explain complex findings simply to non‑technical stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset with ownership from question to delivery
• Curiosity about dispensed beverage dynamics and multi‑channel operations

• Background in CPG, food & beverage, manufacturing, or distribution
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems or syndicated data
• Experience in fast‑growing companies or multi‑brand portfolios
