Job Description:

AMS Staffing is seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital presence. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies designed to increase brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and maximize conversions across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with data-driven execution and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, SEO, SEM, paid search, display advertising, and social media.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research and implement on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other PPC platforms, optimizing for ROI and CAC.
  • Create and oversee high-performing content across websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, and social platforms aligned with brand strategy.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation platforms to generate actionable insights.
  • Implement and manage conversion rate optimization initiatives, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, and leadership teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in performance marketing, SEM, automation tools, and emerging digital technologies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrated success managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for measurable ROI.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High energy, proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.
