Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM environments, ensuring system availability and data integrity
- Manage user provisioning, role assignments, security controls, RBAC, and segregation of duties compliance
- Own system governance, access reviews, audit readiness, and change management processes
- Coordinate quarterly patching, releases, and environment management (PROD, TEST, DEV, Sandbox)
- Provide Level 2/3 application support, troubleshooting functional and technical issues and managing Oracle SRs
- Monitor system health, performance, integrations, workflows, and alerts; identify and resolve root causes
- Support integrations and enhancements across Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Collaborate with functional teams, IT partners, and external vendors on fixes, upgrades, and improvements
- Maintain SOPs, regression test documentation, system inventory, and configuration records
- Track and report key operational metrics including uptime, issue resolution, and system performance
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and raise issues appropriately
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
