Position Overview:

This role is responsible for providing technical and functional support for Oracle Payroll at Memorial Hermann. The Oracle Payroll Analyst will manage configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, and system support while partnering closely with ISD and Payroll Operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring payroll stability during the ERP transition and beyond.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day Oracle Payroll system support
• Perform payroll configuration and maintenance
• Support payroll-related system integrations
• Partner with ISD and Payroll to resolve system issues
• Assist with testing, validation, and implementation activities
• Support business users with payroll system questions
• Ensure continuity of payroll operations during ERP transition

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong experience supporting Oracle Payroll systems
• Experience supporting payroll implementations or migrations
• Functional payroll knowledge combined with technical expertise
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to support both project work and daily operations
