Digital Delivery Supervisor leads the execution and successful deployment of collaborative technologies across the ISS, Gateway, Orion, Comm LEO, and EHP programs. This role is responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Collaboration Information Platform Software projects while ensuring the operational health and performance of program IT support. Acting as the strategic bridge between Program IT Leads and the Digital Transformation team, the supervisor translates mission‑critical needs into high‑performing technical solutions that drive program success.

The position is located onsite at JSC in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities Project Accountability & Digital Delivery
  • Drive the planning, development, execution, and completion of all digital collaboration projects, ensuring delivery remains on schedule and meets performance standards.
  • Direct the implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance of Web and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms (SharePoint, JIRA, etc.) environments to optimize program data management.
  • Ensure system stability through close coordination with IT Operations and Systems Administration teams, facilitating the escalation of high‑priority issues and managing stakeholder notifications for both scheduled and unexpected service interruptions.
  • Collaborate with the IT Operations, Software Engineering, and Global Technology and Data Solutions teams to ensure technical requirements are met, facilitate the routing of tasks based on technical complexity.
  • Synchronize project schedules and outages, and provide integration support for data management and software development initiatives.
Program & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the central liaison for Program IT Leads across the ISS, Gateway, Orion, and Commercial LEO programs, delivering the resources and management support needed for success while fostering collaboration across programs.
  • Meet regularly with NASA customers to validate requirements, gather feedback on support quality, and ensure digital solutions continue to align with evolving mission needs.
  • Serve as an advocate for program interests by proactively elevating program priorities, operational risks, infrastructure needs, and resource requirements to MTIC management and NASA IT leadership.
Team Management and Policy Management
  • Monitor workload and task allocations to ensure the team is properly resourced to meet mission demands.
  • Draft, coordinate, post, and interview for new / replacement positions to ensure continuity and scaling of support.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by establishing and communicating best practices, ensuring the adoption of innovative, scalable collaborative solutions that replace legacy tools and systems.
  • Continuously review and refine functional procedures to increase the speed of digital delivery and reduce operational friction.
  • Ensure all digital solutions remain compliant with federal standards, NASA‑wide IT policies, and Program‑specific governance.
  • Submit monthly contract metrics, budget forecasts, variance reports, and innovations for Contract Management.
  • Manage employee performance, annual performance reviews, salary, time‑off requests, feedback, and onboarding.
Qualifications Required Education/Experience/Skills
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of related engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Experience working within software development teams using agile or other structured SDLC methodologies.
