Technical Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can effectively bridge business and technology. This role demands strong leadership presence, exceptional communication skills, and technical proficiency to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

• Business & Leadership Liaison: Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring clear alignment on objectives and priorities.
• Project Ownership: Take full accountability for project execution, driving initiatives from inception to completion with a results-oriented mindset.
• Visibility & Influence: Maintain a strong presence across teams, communicate progress effectively, and escalate issues proactively.
• Leadership Communication: Present updates, risks, and recommendations confidently to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

• Strong understanding of Azure Cloud Services, Dev Ops practices, and .NET technologies.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them for business and leadership audiences.
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and Dev Ops methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be vocal, visible, and assertive in driving decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in large-scale organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver results under tight deadlines.

• Energy & Utilities experience

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.
