We’re seeking an experienced SQL Server DBA to support enterprise database environments across on‑prem and cloud platforms. This role requires deep SQL Server expertise plus hands‑on experience with Postgre
SQL, Mongo
DB, or other open‑source databases.
- Manage SQL Server environments across dev, test, production, and DR
- Install, patch, upgrade, and maintain SQL Server instances
- Administer Postgre
SQL and additional database platforms - Perform backups, restores, DR testing, and performance monitoring
- Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and HA/DR issues
- Support Always On Availability Groups and clustering
- Develop automation using T‑SQL, Power Shell, Python, or Ansible
- Support Azure & AWS database deployments and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams
- 5+ years SQL Server DBA experience
- Expertise with SQL Server 2016–2022
- Azure and/or AWS database experience
- VMware or virtualized environments
- Monitoring tools (Solar Winds, Idera, Dynatrace, Grafana)
- Snowflake or additional database platforms
