The IT Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring IT solutions align with organizational needs and strategic objectives. This role focuses on requirements gathering, process improvement, and supporting the successful delivery of enterprise IT systems.

• Analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IT systems and applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, and process flows.
• Support system implementation efforts, including testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and timelines.
• Act as Project Manager for 3rd party IT vendors
• Assist in prioritization of features, enhancements, and defect resolution.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements documents, workflows, and training materials.
• Support change management efforts and provide end-user training and communication as needed.
• Monitor solution performance post-implementation and recommend continuous improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Business Analyst in a technical or enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation techniques.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data platforms, or similar) preferred.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
