Palantir Technical Lead Downtown Houston (Hybrid, 4 Days Onsite)

Citi Resources is seeking an experienced Palantir Technical Lead for our client in the Waste Management industry. This role is based in downtown Houston, requiring four days onsite per week.

The Palantir Technical Lead will serve as the technical authority for Palantir software implementations across the organization. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of Palantir solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements while leveraging the platform's full potential. The Technical Lead will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive technical strategy, oversee complex integrations, and mentor junior staff.

• Develop and implement technical strategies for Palantir Foundry that align with business objectives and IT standards.
• Lead the design and architecture of Palantir solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and analysts working on Palantir projects.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in data modeling, integration, and analytics.

• Oversee the integration of Palantir with existing systems and data sources, ensuring seamless data flows and minimal downtime.
• Manage the deployment of Palantir solutions across different environments.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues with Palantir implementations, collaborating with Palantir support teams and internal IT for resolution.
• Develop and implement performance optimization strategies to improve data processing efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data governance policies.

• Advanced proficiency in Palantir Foundry, including data modeling, data integration, and data analytics.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, SQL, and experience with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
• Expertise in data quality assessment and performance optimization.
